1          Shipping and Availability

We use "The Courier Guy'' as our sole shipping service provider, this ensures a reliable and cost effective service. The following are the shipping options:

 These estimated shipping times are from GJ Reloading to the main centers of South Africa. Other cities and towns have an additional delivery time between 1 and 3 days.

When the parcel is collected at GJ Reloading, you will receive an email confirming; shipping, the tracking number and a link to the tracking website.

Please note: Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00. Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following working day.

1.1         Balistix:

Balistix bullets are top quality locally manufactured monolithic bullets. They manufacture an extensive range of bullet types, calibers, weights and package quantities. They continuously manufacture all the bullet variants on scheduled manufacturing batch runs, with the latest high precision CNC machines.

These products are not subject to frequent unavailability and escalation, due to irregular international imports and currency fluctuations. The products are directly procured from the local OEM.

GJ Reloading only stock the most popular bullets, all the other variants can be sourced with a delivery time to GJ Reloading  of between 1 day and 4 weeks (depending on Balistix's stock availability and planned production run date if out of stock). GJ Reloading ship the following work day after receipt from Balistix.

Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you via email informing you of the estimated shipping date from GJ Reloading  to your address. If you do not agree with the possible lead time, we will refund your order NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

Any Balistix products not listed on the web page can be sourced, please send your request to jan@serfontein.co.za, and we will send you a quote. 

1.2         Other Products:

All other products in stock are available to buy and will ship within 1 day unless otherwise stated in the product description.

The out of stock products are subject to wholesaler stock availability. These products will not be available to buy online and the indicated price in the store may be incorrect. Please send an email to jan@serfontein.co.za and we will send you a quote with the latest price and delivery time. 

2          Returns Policy

GJ Reloading warrant all products to be free of defects at the time of shipping. All products are subject to the manufacturer's warranties.

A product that becomes faulty during the warranty period may be returned in order to arrange repair or replacement. Prior to returning faulty products, you agree to contact us first so that we can provide you with the necessary details to facilitate the return.

The manufacturer or its official distributing agent will at their sole discretion determine if the repair or replacement can be granted under the terms of the warranty. Their decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund within 7 (seven) days from having received your order. All returned goods must be returned in their original packaging, along with all the original contents. GJ Reloading will determine if the product is undamaged and in the same condition in which it was originally shipped. All unwanted goods are subject to a 10% restocking/handling fee. Delivery fees will not be refunded and the cost of returning the goods will be for the client's account.

If the return is due to a defect of a product the client must contact GJ Reloading to inform them of the defect. Return shipping will be for the client's cost. GJ Reloading will send the product back to the suppliers of the product and will only refund the client as soon as GJ Reloading is refunded by the supplier of the product.
